MEET OUR STAFF
Jeff Hesse
I have been in the Rehab Industry for 13 years with Apria Healthcare. I also have a strong background in construction I/we are very, very passionate about the quality of care and service that our customers deserve. Honestly in Chicago it’s a foregone conclusion that poor service will follow once product is delivered. We are going to change that attitude. Personally I do enjoy the outdoors, I own a Harley, hunting fishing etc. My wife is also in healthcare for over 11years. I have a 14year old daughter. We also feel that we truly have a unique opportunity as far as our products, getting people the independence and seeing how happy they and the family members are when they become mobile. I get goose bumps when I still think of the first WC I delivered for a child, and the smile that it brought to her face
Phil Piemonte
Before joining Home Health Depot Phil had a combination of four years sales experience between the medical and technical fields. He has a strong customer service ethic so it is very important to make sure he services each patient to the best of his ability. He wants to make sure each patient is supplied with the correct equipment to improve their quality of life and is happy with what they received. Eventually, he would like to become an ATP & product specialist. While not working Phil enjoys music, history, and playing sports.
Justin O’Young
Justin O’Young has worked in the medical sales industry for the last 2 ½ years since graduating from the University of Iowa. He has enjoyed his time working in the Health Care industry focusing on DME sales and briefly in Home Health Care. For the last 2 years he has worked for Mars Medical Equipment and Supply as the lead Account Representative. His skills and knowledge of the industry have allowed him to be a successful Sales Representative. He enjoys watching and playing sports in my free time along with traveling.
Josh Mills
Josh is relatively new to the home medical equipment industry. His past is however, deeply rooted in customer relations and satisfaction. He worked as a sales liaison at Tri-Star Distributing servicing a large list of clients just out of high school. More recently, his time was spent in and around a high-profile Chicago recording studio taking on the tasks of studio manager, audio engineer and even working on the actual construction of the studios. He understands what it takes to help whoever the “customer” may be and has, since childhood, had a deep empathy for people. In his spare time Josh likes to ride his bicycle in the city and by the lake as well as play guitar.
Dave Cox
Dave has worked in healthcare for the last 6 years in complex rehab and consumer pwr wc’s. Has attended Bruno Svc Training. Has attended Devry University and took courses in computer science and computer programming. In his past time he likes, playing guitar, building computers and cooking/grilling man foodJ
